Jumma - the best transport and tour guide! Made Zanzibar a great experience! The best experience ever thanks to Jumma! He not only provided the best transportation service but he was also the best tour person ever! Zanzibar is beautiful but the customer service from Jumma made it so much more special. We went for our honeymoon and Jumma really took care of us and made all our excursions so enjoyable and fun. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and show us the true beauty of Zanzibar. The excursions he arranged for us included a day trip to mikumi safari, sea turtle aquarium, local village, quad biking, dolphin watching, horse riding in the sea, jet ski, rock restaurant, nakupenda island, prison island and stone town amongst many others whilst taking care of us at every stage. He went out of his way to drive us at any time of the day or night. He ensure we were not scammed by the locals and provided fresh fruits and drinks to us. He really does take care of you honestly the best tour guide and transportation service. If Zanzibar is good, Jumma will make it great! Very bad experience Transfer booked and paid 2 months in advance. Upon arrival at Zanzibar International Airport the driver never came. When I contacted him he told me that he had not been paid although the debit was made from my account. Airport transfer and day trip I did some research on the internet and then came across Juma (JM Taxi Zanzibar). He picked us up from the airport and we also made a day trip with him. Best tour guide ever!! We’re from London and did a lot of research on tour guides and came across Juma( JM Taxi Zanzibar). Juma was absolutely fantastic and made our whole Zanzibar trip an unforgettable experience and we’re beyond grateful. He went above and beyond to cater to anything we wanted and provided alot of laughs along the way. He’s the absolute best tour guide we have come across whilst on holiday and we’re extremely happy to have met him. He provided a whole itinerary of the things we could do with upfront costs and was very honest and reliable. Juma was also very kind and thoughtful in taking pictures and videos of us and another bonus, his vehicle has free WiFi inside so we were able to use the internet whilst travelling. All in all, his service was impeccable and we will definitely come back to visit Zanzibar next year with nobody else but Juma as our tour guide. There is nobody else like him! Thank you so much JUMA! Best tour guide in Zanzibar Jumma was absolutely amazing tour/guide, I spend 7 days with him exploring the whole of Zanzibar from mnemba island to stone town and even swam with dolphins. I would highly recommend using JM excursions as not only do you get an awesome guide but the tours were all private too so need to wait for other people and you can do everything in your own time. Excellent Value for Private Excursions and Airport Transfers! Juma (JM Taxi Zanzibar) provided airport transfers and private day tours for my husband and me over our five-night stay. He is dependable and fun. He has contacts through the island and provides all-inclusive services (includes masks, fins and snorkels, boat, crew, chef, admission fees, etc), fresh fruit and amazing beach seafood BBQs). Our day tours included: Mnemba Island snorkel (fish & dolphins) and sandbar visit, Nakupenda sandbank with Beach seafood BBQ, Prison Island visit (tortoises and historic site), Stone Town walking tour and market visit; and SafariBlue day trip (Fumba, another sandbank, beach seafood BBQ on one of the neighboring islands, lagoon swim, and dhow sail back to the main island. All was delivered as promised. We only wish we had planned an additional day to include a visit to Josani Forest and Kuza Cave. We planned our transfers and excursions with Juma via WhatsApp prior to leaving home. We paid Juma in USD at the time of our visit.
